As an all-rounder, Bianca can be subdivided into an interactive performance designer, designer, dramaturge, audience director and experience maker.
Bianca Lurvink is an Interactive Performance Designer and makes installations/performances in which the audience plays an important role.
Bianca likes to play with expectations: alienating reality by making her own addition or magnifying the strangeness of reality.
The proces of making a new work or collaboration with an other artist of organisation starts with an image/question/thought that often concerns the position of people: both intrinsic and extrinsic. Whether her work is an installation, performance, walking route or audio tour: Bianca wants to touch her audience, right in that spot behind your breastbone.
In 2016, she graduated at the Secondary Vocational School of Performing Arts at RijnIJssel College in Arnhem.
In 2020 she graduated at the University of Arts in Utrecht (HKU) at the study Interactive Performance Design (IPD)
In 2023 Bianca was Junior Directeur Educatieat Museum Villa Mondriaan in Winterswijk.
Since 2023, Bianca has been teaching theater and art to various groups. From te very youngest to adults, online, at primary, secondary and internatiol schools in the Netherlands.
